Overview:
As a Sales Manager at our firm, you will be a part of dynamic sales team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, developing sales targets, managing client interactions, and ensuring the successful closure of property deals. Your role will be crucial in expanding our client base, achieving revenue goals, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Target Setting:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets for residential and commercial real estate properties. Set clear sales objectives, forecast sales volumes, and track performance against targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and property owners. Conduct regular site visits and property inspections with potential buyers to showcase available properties and address inquiries.
Sales Process Oversight:
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales activities and client communications.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to residential and commercial real estate. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Negotiate terms and pricing on behalf of clients to facilitate successful property transactions. Guide clients through the purchase process, addressing concerns and ensuring a seamless experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of successful property transactions..
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Candidate must own a conveyance for commuting to various project sites for client visits.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.

- This is a 6 days working job role, with weekly off on Tuesdays.
