Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator/Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and coordinating sales activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.

2. Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.

3. Identify and understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our products/services can meet those needs.

4. Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.

5. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.

6. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on strategies and goals.

8. Provide regular reports on call volume, lead conversion rates, and sales pipeline status.

9. Assist in organizing sales events, webinars, or other promotional activities.

10. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer customer inquiries.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or a similar role within the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Comfortable in reaching out to clients via phone calls, video conferencing.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and property sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Highly motivated with a results-oriented approach.

 

Additional Information:

  • This is a 6 days working job role, with weekly off on Tuesdays.
  • We are based out of a co-working space in ILD Trade Centre, Sohna road.
